Meet the team!
Chloe Ireland was born and raised in Saskatoon and grew up dancing since the age of 3. Growing up, she competed in various styles of dance. Chloe completed her Advanced 1 RAD ballet exam, her Intermediate 3 ADAPT jazz exam, and is certified in Acrobatic Arts, Module 1. Chloe is a previous member of pre-professional dance companies in Saskatoon including the Abiding Lines Dance Company under the direction of Kara Dubyk, and The Saskatchewan Dance Project under the direction of Ashley Berrns. In 2015, Chloe was assistant director of the Saskatchewan Dance Project under the direction of Tatum Wildemen. She began teaching in 2011 and has since specialized in jazz and lyrical choreography. Chloe has been a sought out guest instructor for dance camps around the province throughout her teaching career. She has been recognized around Saskatchewan and Alberta for her jazz and lyrical choreography.
Chloe has also completed he Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and currently works for the Saskatchewan Health Authority. She is very excited to start this new journey with Rise Dance Company!
Randi-Lee Loshack is a Canadian Dance Teacher’s Association (CDTA) certified instructor (licentiate - tap) entering her 28th year of teaching dance. She began her career in multiple genres but in 2009 narrowed her focus to tap. She has put many students through CDTA tap exams and challenges them with choreography that showcases their strengths. Randi-lee is also a high school math teacher with the Saskatoon Public School Division and completed her masters in Education in 2014.
Miss Jessica is a proud Saskatchewan native whose dance journey began at Drewitz School of Dance in Estevan. She explored various dance styles growing up but found her true passion in classical ballet. Jessica is dedicated to sharing her love for the arts, especially ballet, with the next generation. As a certified teacher and mentor with the Royal Academy of Dance, she takes great joy in helping dancers of all ages excel in their exams. With another season on the horizon, Jessica can’t wait to dive back into teaching and connect with dancers from across the province. With her creative choreography and dedication, she aims to instill confidence and artistry in each student, fostering a supportive and empowering environment for all. Jessica can’t wait to embark on this new journey with her students.
Julenne Florida was born and raised in Saskatoon and started dancing at 6 years old. After training in numerous styles of dance, she chose to focus her training on Hip Hop, Street Dance and Choreography. Julenne has competed in prestigious competitions such as World of Dance New York, Artist Emerge, Represent, and Canada’s Got Talent. This October, 2024, she will compete at the IDO Hip Hop Internationals in North Macedonia representing Team Canada on the Adult Hip Hop team. Julenne has choreographed for the Saskatchewan Rough Riders, “Riderflo Dance Crew” and the Saskatchewan Rattler’s “Venom Dance Team.” Julenne is the director of “Flip Kidz” community dance team where she channels her passion for providing accessible programming and performance opportunities to Filipino youth. She is also the director of “The Dog House",” Hip Hop crew dedicated to elevating their hip hop and choreography talent. Julenne has a Bachelor of Education Degree and works as the Dance Teacher specialist at George Vanier Catholic Fine Arts School. Julenne continues to expand her dance knowledege by taking classes and training under influential choreographers and knowledge keepers whenever she can. She has a deep passion for dance and enjoys sharing her love of this art form with her students.
Allieyah Ablan started dancing at the age of 11 and has focused her training in street styles such as hip hop and choreography. Allieyah has successfully competed and performed at some of Canada’s leading dance competitions such as, Artists Emerge, Represent Dance Competition, and Canada’s Got Talent. Allieyah had the pleasure of dancing for “RiderFlo",” the official street dance team for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Additionally, she is also a member of Team Canada Dance and will compete with the adult hip hop team at the IDO Hip Hop World Championship in North Macedonia this October 2024. Allieyah is also a proud member of “Flip Kidz” and director of “Jr. Flip Kidz,” a team created to uplift Filipino youth through dance. She currently dances and teaches under “The Dog House",” a hip hop crew dedicated to elevating their hip hop and choreography talent. Allieyah is constantly expanding her knowledge about hip hop culture as she continues to explore her love of dance by attending classes under award-winning choreographers and dancers. Allieyah is thrilled to enter her first season at Rise Dance Company and is excited to share her passion amongst other talented dancers.
Katrina Phippard was born and raised in Saskatoon and started dancing at the age of 3. She trained and competed in all genres, eventually choosing to focus on tap, ballet, and jazz. She attended Summer intensives with the Alberta Ballet, Ballet Jorgen and the Victoria Academy of Ballet, as well as many dance competitions, camps, and master classes across the prairies (and one in Florida!). Katrina has completed, RAD, CDTA, and ADAPT exams throughout her training at multiple studios in Saskatoon. She was a member of the Saskatchewan Rush Electric Crew for 3 years (jazz, hip hop, and pom) and the Level Up Dance Company for 3 years (tap). She is also certified in Gymnastics Foundations, PBT, and Special Olympics (rhythmic gymnastics). Katrina is incredibly humbled to be a part of this new journey with Rise Dance Company for her 10th year of teaching!
Katherine Lacelle has had a passion for dance since the age of 4. As she grew up, she honed in on her skills specializing in competitive dance until 2023. In 2018 she joined 306 Elite Dance Company expanding her knowledge of the art form. Further her dance education, this fall, Katherine is heading into her second year at Toronto Metropolitan University for her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance under the mentorship of distinguished instructors such as Tanya Evidents, Louise Laberge-Cote, and Vickie St. Denys. Her expertise spans a variety of styles including vernacular jazz, ballet, modern, West African, and street styles.
Katherine holds certifications in Advanced CDTA tap, Advanced 1 RAD ballet, and Intermediate 3 ADAPT jazz. She has also showcased her talent in teaching and choreography roles around various studios in Saskatoon. She has been gracious to perform for numerous prestigious events and venues including appearances at BSO FLO x Roughriders Hip Hop team, Saskatchewan Rush games, BRIT, BOLT, Telemiracle, Nuit Blanche, LUGO Love, COSMOS, Fever After Dark Freedom, and “Invigorate” 306 Elite Dance Company.

Cassandra Knisely Born and raised in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Cassandra grew up dancing at the Dance Connection in North Battleford where she achieved her CDTA Advanced Tap and RAD Advanced II Ballet. After graduating, she then furthered her training at Broadway Dance Center and Peridance Center in New York City. During her 3 years of studying, Cassandra was fortunate to perform at many events in New York City including the APAP Festival, Young Choreographer’s Festival, and Carnival Choreographers Ball. She has also worked in film, print, and music video projects in both the concert and commercial dance scenes in New York.
Lately, Cassandra has transitioned into mainly choreography and teaching roles, areas she is most passionate about. She is a member of the teaching staff at the Dance Connection in North Battleford and a choreographer for Level-Up Dance Company in Saskatoon. She is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Dance Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies Program and is a fully-certified RAD Teacher. She also has completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan and is currently in the process of completing a Master of Physical Therapy Degree at the University of Saskatchewan. Cassandra is very excited for the opportunity to be a part of the team at Rise Dance Company this season and looks forward to building new connections with the students of Rise Dance Company through a shared love of dance.
Angel Beaulieu began dancing at Dancing at the age of 4. She grew up training in various dance styles, including hip hop, ballet, tap, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, and musical theatre, at numerous studios around Saskatchewan. She has competed in competitions across the province and trained under highly distinguished instructors. In 2021, she trained with RiderFlo and BsoFlo where she had the opportunity to compete on Canada’s Got Talent, and dance for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Angel has completed examinations in RAD ballet, ADAPT jazz, and CDTA tap. She is also a proud member of Flip Kidz, a hip hop dance crew for Filipino youth in Saskatchewan. In the fall, Angel is planning to attend the University of Saskatchewan to pursue psychology. Angel is very excited to join the teaching team at Rise Dance Company!
Karla Kloeble has been working in the field of dance and entertainment for over 20 years. She has experience working with age ranges from toddlers to seniors, sharing her love and passion for dance. As a movement instructor, Karla has experience teaching multiple genres of dance, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, street jazz, acro, improvisation, and the flow art form of hula-hooping. Karla helps her students achieve physical grace, stamina, coordination, balance, power, and creativity in physical expression, while training technical aspects of the dance style. Furthermore, Karla focuses on more than just movement, including teaching acceptance of self, prioritizing the journey over the goal, how to be gentle with yourself and your practice, as well as sharing perspectives that foster healthy habits and lifestyles. “When teaching young people, I often try to incorporate games and fun into the class, so joy can be experienced as well as the work it takes to develop into an accomplished dancer.” This holistic approach to her classes gives students an experience that leaves them feeling confident and secure about themselves.
Karla has worked as a professional performer in Saskatchewan for over 15 years. Over this time, she has accumulated a large body of choreographic works developed for various contracts, classes, performances and personal initiatives. Karla has the experience and understanding of what it means to live and work as a movement artist in Saskatchewan. This unique perspective offers young emerging dance artists a supportive instructor to help guide them on their path as they continue to grow their professional careers as aspirations.
Chloe Mardell was born and raised in Saskatoon and began dancing at the age of 3. She trained in semi-competitive gymnastics and dance in her early years and discovered dance had her heart, so decided to solely focus on competitive dancing. She has trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Street Jazz, Pom, and Acro. Chloe enjoys all genres but her favourites are Jazz, Hip Hop, Pom, and Acro.
Over her dance career she has obtained her certifications in Intermediate 3 ADAPT Jazz, Advanced CDTA Tap, and Advanced 1 RAD Ballet. She is working to complete her ADAPT TTS Level 1 certification. Chloe is actively training in NFL Sideline-style cheerleading under DCC Alumni Jennifer Amburn, and has travelled to Dallas, TX to participate in the 2023 and 2024 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Prep-Intensive training camps and classes with DCC Alumni Maddie Massingill, Ashley Ford Watts, and Tara Szybillo.
Chloe has competed at various competitions and conventions across Western Canada. She was a member of the 2018 Saskatchewan RUSH Junior Crush dance team, is a member of the 306 Elite Dance Company and their 306 Tour Division. She has had the opportunity to perform at Saskatchewan Rush games, BRIT, BOLT, 306 Elite Dance Company‘s 2022 “Invigorate” show, compete with the 2024 Tour Division at JUMP in Glendale, Arizona, and perform in the Level-Up Dance Company’s 2023 show as well as various other performances in Saskatoon over the years. Chloe will be attending Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan this fall. She is excited to be joining the faculty at Rise Dance Company and share her love of dance!
Aurora Langelier has been training as a competitive dancer for the past ten years and will be going into her third year as a teacher. She is passionate about dance and particularly loves Hip Hop and Musical Theatre. Aurora has trained with dancers from across the country and continues to push herself as a performer. She has attended a wide variety of competitions and won many awards in a range of styles. Aurora was a member of the Jr.Crush dance team and has performed at many Rush lacrosse games. As a dancer, Aurora believes in the power of a strong performance. She is excited to work with young dancers to help them become more confident on and off stage. Aurora has a wide range of experience with children including teaching and mentoring. She works to create a comfortable environment where students can explore their own creativity. Aurora is incredibly excited to spark a passion for dance in a new generation of dancers. This year she will be teaching Tiny Tot Hip Hop and Ballet. Aurora can’t wait to have lots of fun with your young dancer!
Taylor Landry has been teaching dance for over a decade. In 2017, she earned her ADAPT teacher's certificate while completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Saskatchewan. After teaching various dance styles, Taylor shifted her focus to jazz technique and exam preparation. By specializing in this area, she has been able to nurture excellence in her students by addressing their unique needs. She believes that focusing on technique and strength training helps create a safer and more successful dance career. Taylor is excited to join the Rise Dance Company team and to help instill confidence in many students.
